DBCAD 2025 Merch Design Contest!
We are launching a merch drop this fall and are looking for cool new designs by local Southeast Texas artists to help promote arts and culture in downtown Beaumont!
The mission of the Downtown Beaumont Cultural Arts District is to promote the cultural and economic development of historic Downtown Beaumont by serving as a unified and structural approach to the organization of art related events in the district, by providing aid to artists both local and visiting, and by securing funding for artists, art events, and conservation efforts.
All designs must include “DBCAD”
Theme suggestions: Downtown Beaumont, Golden Triangle, Creative Community
Entry fee of $10 includes membership to DBCAD.
Entries must be submitted online by September 27.
Winner will be selected by the DBCAD Board of Directors and announced online by October 3rd.
Winner receives a cash prize, special recognition, and a tote bag with their art on it.
Winning artwork will be printed on tote bags available to purchase at Dogtoberfest 2025 on October 18.
Other submissions may be used for future merch drops.

Not limited to one entry per artist, but $10 entry fee is required for each submission.
Artist signatures will not be removed or covered; artists will be credited for the work in any promotional materials or posts made on social media.
By submitting artwork to DBCAD, you acknowledge and agree that all submitted art becomes the property of DBCAD. We reserve the right to resubmit, reproduce, and sell any submitted artwork at our sole discretion.
